Material: Silk
This is like a short coat called Michiyuki. Wearing it over a kimono will protect you from the cold, and depending on the colour, you can enjoy fashion.
This pattern is designed by arranging squares and tortoiseshell shapes known as stone pavement and has a novel and unusual pattern and colour among kimono patterns.
The lining inside is very cute and Japanese-style, with an imaginary phoenix called a “flower-eating bird” drawn inside a ring called the Shosoin pattern.
This pattern depicts an auspicious situation and is still widely used in everything from kimono patterns to Japanese sweets designs.
This is the history of this kimono before they meet you.
Now they will make another history with you.
