It has a Western pattern, which is unusual for this type of kimono, and has an overall rippled ground pattern with soft pink gradation flowers and gold thread embroidered into it. 
Therefore, it has a firm and heavy feel, and has a gorgeousness that is not found in regular houmongi. It was probably a kimono that attracted attention at parties and other occasions.
