This kimono is woven using a technique called Tsumugi.
 
As you can see in the image, it is characterized by scratch-like marks on the surface.
It has a unique texture and is very good at retaining heat.
 
This tsumugi kimono is dyed in a fantastical way, making it look like a meteor shower floating in the night sky or the Milky Way.
 
It is extremely rare to see a design like this on tsumugi, which has a rough surface, and is thought to be a very expensive item.
The seal of the author's signature is proof of this.
